This page carries the information an online service has to publish about itself: who runs it, where they are, and how to reach them. It exists because Italian law (art. 7, D.Lgs. 70/2003, implementing the EU e-Commerce Directive) requires it, and because Arts. 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act require a published contact point for both authorities and users.
TO BE COMPLETED below have to carry the operator’s real registered details before this page satisfies the law — a placeholder is not compliance. Until they are filled in, the disclosure obligation is unmet. Decide first whether the Service is operated by an individual or by a registered entity, because that determines which fields apply.
| Service name | Invitee — invitee.studio |
| Operator (legal name) | TO BE COMPLETED — the registered name of the individual or company operating the Service |
| Legal form | TO BE COMPLETED — e.g. sole trader (ditta individuale), S.r.l., or private individual |
| Registered address | TO BE COMPLETED — a geographic address, not a PO box. A domiciliation or registered-office service is acceptable and is the usual route for a home-run business. |
| VAT number (Partita IVA) | TO BE COMPLETED, IF APPLICABLE — required once the activity is carried on habitually rather than occasionally |
| Company register / REA | TO BE COMPLETED, IF APPLICABLE — Chamber of Commerce registration number, for registered entities |

To report content, use the report form — no account is needed and anyone may use it. That is our notice-and-action mechanism under Art. 16 of the Digital Services Act.
Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services may reach the operator at [email protected]. Communications are accepted in Italian and English. This is the single electronic point of contact required by Art. 11 DSA; Art. 12 designates the same address for users.
Use the report form. For child sexual abuse material, report to us and directly to NCMEC or, in Italy, the Polizia Postale. We report it too.
