Welcome to Invitee (“the Service”). By using this site, customizing a template, or publishing an invitation, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Invitee is a free, ad-free tool for creating digital invitation pages. Customizing a template requires no account; publishing a public invitation link or collecting RSVPs requires signing in via a magic email link.
You are responsible for all content (text, images, names, RSVP data) you upload, customize, or publish. You agree NOT to use the Service to upload, store, host, share, or publish any content that:
You keep all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant Invitee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, display, and serve that content as part of the Service while your invitation is published.
See the full Privacy Policy for what we collect, retention periods, and your GDPR rights. In short: we store only what we need (email, your invitations, RSVP data), keep it for the documented retention period, never sell or share with advertisers, and let you delete your account and all associated data with one click from the studio.
If you believe content on Invitee violates these Terms, your rights, or any law, please file a report through our abuse report form. You must be signed in so we can contact you. We respond to legitimate reports within 7 days, faster for emergencies (CSAM, imminent harm).
Invitee is provided as a free service with no warranties, express or implied. We don’t guarantee uptime, the accuracy of stored content, or that the Service will meet your needs.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Invitee and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to €0 (consistent with the Service being free of charge).
We may suspend or remove invitations, accounts, or content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice when necessary (e.g. CSAM). You may delete your account at any time via the abuse form.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
For abuse reports, takedowns, account deletion, or other Terms-related matters, please use the signed-in abuse report form.
